I am a full-time freelance photographer based in my hometown of Buffalo, New York where I specialize in environmental portraiture, commercial, and editorial projects for a variety of different organizations and advertising agencies.
Photography isn’t just my job, it’s my passion. Sounds cliche, but I'm not a huge fan of being on the other side of the camera. However, it's what drives me to make the people I photograph the most comfortable I can during their session. I enjoy connecting with everyone I meet, and doing my best to capture their best.
Before venturing out on my own I served three years as the in-house photographer for an ad agency in Buffalo working on projects for clients such as: ECMC, Kenney Shelton Liptak Nowak LLP, 100 South, New Era Cap, Shimmick Construction, Buffalo General, Nardin Academy, Seneca Nation of Indians, and Northtowns Imaging.
In addition to agency experience, I worked in-house as the staff photographer for New Era Cap Company at their global headquarters in Buffalo for nearly three years. At New Era I built a photography studio dedicated to capturing the brand’s products for use in online sales, catalogs, point of purchase displays, and global ad campaigns.
As I mentioned before, photography is my passion. As an avid fisherman I like to combine those activities with outdoors-specific photography. You can view that work over at fishshots.photography.
